Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plans (2 weeks / 2 months)

• Cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, as long as you haven't used an HR contact in that time.
• After 24 hours a plan is non-refundable; it simply ends on its end date and never renews automatically.

HR contact packs (₹99 for 5)

• An unused pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
• Once any contact in a pack has been used, the pack is non-refundable.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, or you were charged twice, it is refunded in full — automatically by Razorpay, or by us within 2 working days of you telling us.

How to request a refund

Open Help & support in your account (category: Refund) or email admin@referencedilao.com with your registered email and the receipt number (RD-…). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Shipping

No physical goods are sold. Access starts right after payment and email verification.
