1. What we provide

Reference Dilao lists job openings from company career pages and licensed job-search APIs, matches them to your profile, and prepares a professional email to a company's HR that you send from your own mailbox. We are not a recruitment agency, employer or placement consultant, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers or replies from any company.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate details (name, email, phone, experience).
• You confirm your email with a one-time code before your account opens.
• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, send spam to HR, or break these terms.

3. Plans and prices

• Plans give full access to job details and the member portal for the chosen period: 2 weeks or 2 months. Prices depend on your years of experience and are shown before you pay (for example ₹199 / 2 weeks and ₹299 / 2 months for up to 5 years of experience).
• HR contact packs (₹99 for 5) reveal a job's HR email and phone number when we hold one and prepare your email to HR. A contact is used only when an HR contact exists for that job.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.

4. Job listings and HR contacts

Listings come from third parties and may change or close without notice. HR contact details are shown only when published by the company or the job post, or provided by our team; we never guess addresses. You agree to contact HR professionally and only about genuine applications.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling or bulk copying of listings or HR contacts.
• No false information, impersonation or harassment.
• No attempts to bypass payments or security.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
